Returns and Exchanges

Change your mind? Need a different size or color? No problem, Square to Toe gladly accepts returns of unworn or unused condition purchased by phone or online within 30 days of receiving your item. Certain exclusions and exception apply. See below for details.

How do I return or exchange my order?

To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at info@sqtotoe.com or visit this link (Click Here) to initiate the self-return. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label to the email address that was provided. You will follow the prompts and mail your package back to us! Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We’ll send you a notification as soon as your refund has been inspected and processed, or your requested exchange is on its way.

Once Square to Toe receives your returned product, we will inspect it and perform a quality check to ensure it meets the condition stated in this Return and Exchange Policy. If you are eligible for an exchange or refund Square to Toe will either provide you a refund back to your original form of payment or we will ship your exchange product, as applicable.

Please allow at least 14 days from the date that Square to Toe receives your return to process your return or exchange. Processing times may vary.

Square to Toe is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit Certain exclusions and exceptions apply, including the following:

1. Gift cards cannot be returned.
2. Items noted as “final sale” or “nonreturnable” cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
3. Customized items may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
4. Returns from orders delivered to Hawaii or Alaska are not eligible for free returns*
5. Free shipping is not available on Hawaii or Alaska orders*

*Returns for orders delivered to Hawaii or Alaska: Orders delivered to Hawaii or Alaska are not eligible for free shipping or free returns. Return fees will be calculated when you initiate your return. Exchanges are not available for Alaska or Hawaii currently. That said, please feel free to return your original item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the product(s) you have your eye on. For refunds, the return handling fee will be deducted from the total amount you receive upon Square to Toe inspecting and process your return per the terms above.

Warranty and Repairs

Square to Toe warrants its products to the original purchaser against manufacturer’s defect in workmanship and material for up to one year after the purchase date. The warranty does not cover any damage due to excessive wear, abuse, or damage from external objects. If your Square to Toe product has a defect and is under warranty, Square to Toe will repair or replace it.

Repairs that are needed as a result of a manufacturing defect are covered by our one-year warranty from the date of purchase and will be carried out at no charge to you. You must provide proof of purchase.
