No problem — Square to Toe gladly accepts returns of unworn or unused items purchased by phone or online within 30 days of receiving your order. Certain exclusions and exceptions apply. See below for details.

One-Time Free Return/Exchange Policy

Square to Toe offers one free return or exchange per order. Any additional returns or exchanges after the first free one will require the customer to pay for shipping costs only.

How do I return or exchange my order?

To start a return or exchange, contact us at info@sqtotoe.com or visit this link (Click Here) to initiate your self-return. If your return is accepted, we will send a return shipping label to the email provided. Follow the prompts and mail your package back to us.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We’ll notify you as soon as your refund has been inspected and processed, or when your exchange is on its way.

Once Square to Toe receives your returned product, we will inspect it and perform a quality check to ensure it meets the conditions stated in this Return and Exchange Policy. If you are eligible for an exchange or refund, Square to Toe will either refund your original form of payment or ship your exchange product.

Please allow at least 14 days from the date Square to Toe receives your return to process your refund or exchange. Processing times may vary.

Square to Toe is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Certain exclusions and exceptions apply, including the following:

  • Gift cards cannot be returned.

  • Items noted as “final sale” or “nonreturnable” cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.

  • Customized items may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Returns from orders delivered to Hawaii or Alaska are not eligible for free returns.

  • Free shipping is not available on Hawaii or Alaska orders.

Orders delivered to Hawaii or Alaska are not eligible for free shipping or free returns. Return fees will be calculated when you initiate your return. Exchanges are not available for Alaska or Hawaii currently. You may return your original item for a refund and place a new order. For refunds, the return handling fee will be deducted from the total once Square to Toe inspects and processes your return.

Warranty and Repairs

Square to Toe warrants its products to the original purchaser against manufacturer defects in workmanship and materials for up to one year after the purchase date. This warranty does not cover damage from excessive wear, abuse, or external objects. If your product has a defect and is under warranty, Square to Toe will repair or replace it.

Repairs required due to a manufacturing defect are covered by our one-year warranty and will be completed at no cost to you. Proof of purchase is required.
